Structureworks fiberglass pergola kits are manufactured using pultruded structural fiberglass profiles. These are the same materials used in the construction of buildings and pedestrian footbridges. Fiberglass gives you the ability to create very open structures with spans up to 22′ and allows for reduced support columns due to its innate strength. Fiberglass is a suitable material for both traditional pergola designs and more streamlined, modern pergola designs.
Our fiberglass pergola kits feature full size 2″ x 8″ beams that support 2″ x 8″ rafters. Shade is provided by 1 3/4″ square stringers evenly spaced across the top of the pergola. We offer several standard decorative end styles (from traditional to modern) on our fiberglass pergola components, or we can fabricate custom end designs to your exact specifications. Choose from a wide selection of fiberglass support columns including round tapered, square and square tapered with custom column sizes and shapes also available.
All of our structural fiberglass components allow you to easily run wires for lighting, fans, heaters, speakers, solar panels, etc. through the pergola components keeping your installation clean and uncluttered.

Structureworks cellular PVC (cPVC), pergola components are fabricated by CNC routing a flat sheet of cPVC and then wrapping it around a structural aluminum core. This creates incredibly strong and attractive pergola components providing a lifetime of enjoyment. These kits offer low maintenance and refinement with a high level of design flexibility including curves, arches and custom component sizes. cPVC is a suitable material for traditional pergola designs as well as more streamlined, modern pergola designs.
Our cPVC pergola kits feature 3 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ beams that support 1 1/2″ x 7 1/4″ rafters. Shade is provided by 1 1/2″ square stringers spaced evenly across the top of the pergola. We offer several standard decorative end styles (from traditional to modern) on our cPVC pergola components, or we can fabricate custom end designs to your exact specifications.
