Went here on Saturday 5pm and to my surprise place was already packed and no tables available. Lucky for us we got the seats at the Bar. Order Fresh Peach Hookah for $35, some appltizers & drinks. Service: Very attentive & fast, they keep checking on coal every 20 mins Food & Drinks: Average prices, ok food & decent drinks Amazing Ambiance, spacious place with very nicely seating arrnagements. I will go there again. Taking 1 star away I called them twice on Friday at 11pm and left 2 voicemail’s but no one called me back plus they don’t have online reservation options for Friday & Saturday because of which we had to go there without reservation .
Where do I start, this place is a hidden gem! My friends and I went here on a Sunday night last minute. The experience- Since we decided to go last minute, we didn’t have reservations, which was a problem because the place was completely packed. 2 of my friends been here before and told us it was worth it to wait for a table. It was so pack, we couldn’t even get a seat at the bar, so we stood around it along with a few other people. I had a drinker called the mistress- really good, I had like 4 of them that night lol. But after waiting for like 20 Minutes for a table, the hostess finally found us a table upstairs for the 5 of us. The music was loud but not too too loud and they were playing a mix of everything. The Food & Drink- Well like I said I had 4 of the mistress cocktail- very good! Then we also had 2 plates of pergola wings as an appetizer and we each had a plate of Shawarma for dinner, All very good especially the wings. (Don’t judge us, we were hungry lol). But all of us couldn’t even finish our shawarma plate, they give you a lot of food! The Hookah- We ordered 2 hookahs for the table and by the end of the night we were all nice lol. I will definitely be going back there whenever I’m back in NYC. Everyone should try this place once, but definitely if your looking for a chill spot to hang out with great music, food, and hookah!
This was literally one of the most horrible service experiences that I have ever encountered. I should have believed what the other Yelp reviews said about sexism and racism but I still decided to give it a chance and come in. Not only was the service completely lacking and inattentive, the server tried to add a 20% gratiuity to a table of 2 without any explanation or justification. I work in hospitality and get it but this was completely unjustified. Once we brought this up to the manager (Ricardo btw), he got extremely rude and made snide remarks about me being on Yelp. In addition to that, after we paid and left he stalked us out the door and proceeded to tell us his name and to never come back again. No worries, Ricardo, you will NEVER see me or any of my friends in this establishment.
This is my favorite place for hookah. They have many flavor and all of them smell great. I like live music. One thing they should improve is service.
This place is over priced with bad service. I tried to make a reservation and no one answered the phone. So I showed up just to find out they were closed. When I came back at opening time, the hostess told us to come back in 45 min because no one was here. There was another women behind the bar and I asked if we could get drinks from her while we waited but apparently the hostess didn’t know who the women was. We went somewhere else and even though I have been here a few times before, I won’t be coming back.
